Just curious to how fat you guys are, I'm 13 Stone 7 I'm trying to loose weight for avonpark, I need to know what I'm up against On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

I can't afford any of carls Ti bits, so the diet is on, I'm aiming to lose 1.5 lbls a week,

I was 11 stone last week...managed to put on 5lbs over the last 3 weeks and loose 5% body fat...must be doing something right at the gym!

5ft1.1/2" & a lil bit lol 9-stone 8lbs but i want to get to 10-10.5 stone through my training!
