Turbo Carb Butterfly Spindle

Hi Gents

Can you please humour me for a second. After my failed attempt as starting the car and pissing fuel everywhere i am in the process off servicing the carb. So as you do i took pictures before i took apart for reference.

I was just reassembling the butterfly spindle and the seals for it but noticed on the throttle cable side the rubber seal and washer seem to be lose. now this does appear to me to be right. Picture below to show you



So i checked the pictures off the below and it appears that it never had anything there.... but that cannot be right to me. can someone with a carb take a piccy for me or maybe i am missing something and utterly stupid

The other smaller seals that come with the kit confuse the hell out of folk, so your not the first mate.
As it says in the other thread you found you want to use the large lip seals on the shaft, with the lip facing inwards towards the carb body.
