Not got it weighed yet, but the "coupe" was 850 kg - so whatever happens this will be much lighter and so just a little quicker on acceleration. 3 days off work now, so I should be pretty much done by the end of the coming Weekend, barring the rear bumper being made from Carbon fiber - which will probably be next spring now. You'll really notice that lighter weight , when i put the ally doors on the spud, i can stay in fourth gear a lot more . Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM |

I got as far as taking the turbo out of the box, offering it up in the engines bay, scratching my head for a few minutes, then replacing it in the box. it was too much work to change the exhaust manifold and "downpipe" for the model of turbo I bought. It will be a spring project to find something a little more suitable to reduce the amount of work to do. ’77 Clubman build thread
