BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

I have rc cars, tanks, lorrys, boats, planes and fpv quads
i recently converted a 1:8 nitro buggy to brushless and 2x4s lipo, its an absolute missle haha

id like a bigger/ faster boat but the best lake here for them is a "sailing" lake and the club dont like jet boats playing

I have a quad and a little chopper, and still have a mardave ministock with a schumacher c-car diff - 12th scale, I also built a submarine, 29" Seawolf with full dive tube, ballast tank and auto pitch controller.

I've gone for a 2000kv brushless on 6S, quite a big one as well at 40 x 74mm, 180amp seaking ECS:





I started it at the being of covid, something to do in the lock downs had the plans for a while:



That car sounds cool, this should be pretty quick too, have bought a couple different pitched alloy props to try once up and running

Lake wise there are a few good ones in walking distance next to a dual carrage way, so as much as model boats probably aren't allowed, I don't think anyone will complain about the noise
