1275 A + MG / TURBO / Saloon Blocks - Differences

Guys,

Does anybody know if there are any diffences between the the turbo blocks, MG Blocks and the standard saloon blocks.
Apart from the numbers?

I have a 1380 MG block thats only done 1k since rebore, and was thinking of putting some cast/fordged pistons in it to fit my turbo.
I have the turbo crank and rods as well as the turbo box, pump etc and FW housing.
I know the head castings are thinner on the turbo and the inlet sizes and exhaust guide ID are different obivously but what about the blocks?

I think the MG head is the best one to go with in terms of increasing the chamber sizes for running higher boost as it has a thicker wall, and just swapping the exhaust valves and guides out, and the inlet is mostly done as it is bigger anyway...

BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....
