avonbar ph2 is most popular .. ph3 .. full race only ..i have mc.. one off piper .. Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

I'm a big fan of the MG metro cam too. PH2 didn't work for me.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

SW10 cam is something I would like to try. I actually chose this cam to my mate´s car but he´s been busy with girlfirends and house for the past 2 years and still hasn´t driven the car properly. So I don´t know how it works. Or alternatively a simple MD286.

the bloke i bought my block off said i have a phase 1. not gotta a clue if i have or what one is but ill be changing to a phase 2 over winter (hopefully) no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I am using an AR13T, it is a cam ground on a billet, forerunner to the Phase 1/2 avonbar cams, as used in the race cars I believe.

Phase 2 is a good cam.
