What is the spec of an MG metro cam? Anybody know – TD perhaps?

KC 500 is exactly the same as an MG metro cam. So:

I was timing my camshaft today, and ended up with 111 degrees. Damn, I guess I need to get it to 109 for allowing the chain to stretch a bit. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

is ACDodd's list of camshaft spec and timings not still kicking around somewhre? remember it from the old miniclassic board. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
