I already have a weber distributorless managment system from my N/A engine (Non upgradable to injection) Does anyone know if these systems can be upgraded for turbo use (Retard possibely launch control). Or are there any better choices when it comes to turbo mappable ignitions.
I did have a small look at MSD as I have seen several sprint turbos with these systems fitted but didn't really find anything.

i think emeralds do launch control

i know the motec M4 can do everything you want and more the m48 has anti lag

I think you'll find Omex can do all of this plus the adition of Knock control.
