a LIL fishing village on the coast - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Brocky if you think you got torque steer now, wait till you put an LSD in !! un;ess it is a bias diff that is ! the car will drive sideways up the road great for 1/4 mile and rally x but IMHO from experience, the worst thing you can put in form road and track use, first corner you come to and the car will want to drive off the road / track :)

Thanks James,

Yep thats the return. I had a 10mm copper tube brazed into the top of the tank. only 40mm long.

The original supply pipe in the tank has been removed and a bigger bore one put in with out the crappy little filter on the end. Make sure it follows the original shape and sits mid tank just off the bottom.

You should use an inline filter tho, preferable pre pump.
I think the focus one has good flow.

Incidently I still have about 15metres of the plastic coated copper 8mm pipe I used to run the fuel lines, you can have it if you pop down to the house. I also have that under bonnet bleed valve...To stop you using a dash mounted one lol.*smiley*

Cheers

Hey Richie,

Just noticed your post,

The group buy for LSD's on here is for the Quaife unit which does the torque bias I think?. uses gears not plates.

Cheers

James, see pm,

Flip, its a mk11 metro rad, the thin one, but I have move it as far to the drivers side as poss, to cut the long rubber hose to extend it
it sits on the top of the front subby rail on little brackets.

The original fan was too big, so it has a 9" tripac blowing through the front.

Also had to re route the pipe from the pump to miss my air filter.

Minimadj,

See what you mean now that I see carls car.

Well obviously he has good taste as well, I suppose its enevitable that given the same varibles that similar cars will be produced.

I think his looks slightly meaner than mine tho lol *smiley*

I must admit even our 'show us yours' titles look strikingly similar*smiley*
