Out of the two which cam is the best?? i see that a popular cam is the avonbar (piper) phs 2 , but i have also heard that the swiftune sw5 out performs this, help please as im building up the engine next weekend*oh well*

This has been covered time and time and time again within the last few months.

The SW5 s a great cam FOR NATURALLY ASPIRATED application.

It does not however have the extended exhaust timing required to get the best from the turbocharger.

The ph 2 cam is designed specifically for turbo application, with long exhaust timing to suit. This is the cam of choice of all the top runners.
