I was seeing 120+ after turbine and 45 absolute max (generally more like 35/40) after the intercooler.

Although it is nice to see what is coming out of the turbo (so you can assess how efficient your cooler is) it is the actual charge temps that are of more importance.

I seem to remember having 90ish on the inlet to the intercooler and 35ish on the exit. That was a 5 GTT cooler and around 15psi boost. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

where do you guys get your sensors and guages from? ive found a sensor from demon tweeks, but i'll be damned if i can find an air temp guage other then a digital one on ebay! any pointers?

Well, The sensors from the Rover MPi's are cheap - and linear to 100 degrees.

The Rover sensors are easily "collected" from the scrappy, that's what i use.

computers run different voltages on different parts i believe. i know they use 3v, 5v and 12v...
