Hi all,

i didnt know if this is the right section, but here it is!

What cars would have a t2 that would fit a mini? is it just the r5?

just later in the week im gonna have a pop around a few scrappies to have a look for parts!

The Renault 5 is the best one to use, as it has a bolt pattern that is a fairly straightforward job to attach to a T3 manifold. The Fiesta turbo also uses a T2 but beware it has an odd shaped bolt pattern and is not easily adapted, steer cleer.

so that i dont need to cut the bulk head!
so i guess ill have a look for a r5!

AFAIK the only T2 to fit the mirage is the R5 unit. Bit of a bugger really as there's a lot more choice in the Ford (Sorry) stud pattern!

Mirage also do new T2's as well as the manifolds, which may be more economical than buying a T2 off ebay and then recondtion it.

there are more turbos that fit the mirage manifold.

I am personally using a t25 from a nissan 200sx on mirage manifolds

Sorry to butt in but whats the benifit of a t25 over a t5?

@ Sumpnut, I know the T25 fits, but thats a T2 and a bit !
@ Pickup76, T25 has a bigger compressor, more airflow/boost, you have to work out what size is best for your engine spec.....

Most nissan T2.5's seems to fit, like the 200sx and silvia.

I do a range of 3 turbos, that are available outright, so you dont need an exchange unit.
