theres a lot of debate about this, some say have the top arms level (parallel to the ground), i personally run with the driveshafts parallel to minimise loss. This sometimes leaves scraping the zorst though, not that i ever lost one in the 3 years i was running around like that.

Bill Solis recons 3/4 inch rake (Difference) from the back to the front. I run with just enough room between the rear wheel and unmodified arch to get your fingers round the back of the tyre. It does rub on corners thoughDoesnt ground on the majority of Speed bumps, just the silly big ride on and over ones, catches cat on the SPi so may not be an issue otherwise
