How do you remove them? It's a job I've never done before. Not sure if it's covered in Haynes as I'm sat at my desk in work.

Hi,
If your not in a rush, keep soaking it in WD40 or similar for a few days, combined with the twatting and twisting, should get the job done!

Twat it about a bit with penetratiing oil till it moves,then grind it off level with the arm as you will have mushroomed the end,then drive it through the arm with a smaller size bolt or a drift
