retranslated i meant , how about trying some helically wound stanless steel wire ht leads to create better noise supression , a company called msd make the ones i use .

Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM

I have modified the standart actuators and changed the spring today the actuator work well at 0.2 bar beetween 1500 and 4000 rpm and 0.5 beetween 4000 and 6000 rpm.
I have just open the actuator changed the spring from a mechanical fuel pump spring,
drilled the inferior part , placed a hose and seal these

valant1, I did the same. But I don't have intercooler, so I would not go up to 500mbar. And limiting at 0.3 at 6000 means nothing at 2000.

How did you seal the inferior part ? The seal around the arm is very loose, it makes pass a lot of air.

Too expensive for me. I leave in 2 months, I would not invest much before leaving the car for 2-3 years.
Anyway I'm not sure it would help. I'll try several things this week-end.

alpa , i use a spy seal from industrie for the axle and a high quality glue to seal the inferior part.

I used a valve stem seal form a fiat 126 biz

Would not it disturb with a light spring ? The pb with low boost is the spring becomes really light.

quite possibly, I have not tried it yet.

I may not use it at all, I might just change to a stepper motor.

I managed to filter/rewire everything in order to avoid the ignition side and make the servo work. Now the control is very good and rather precise.

However the boost is still not easy to control. In some conditions when the turbine is already spinning and I open throttle it takes a lot of time to calm it and go back to the target pressure. It's certainly due to a too efficient turbine and a low target: 150mbar. I don't want to use a PI controller, I'm trying with a 3D map.

I was planning to use a metal gear Hitec servo that I bought new few days ago. It's a piece of shit. It died just because I've put it near the running engine. Old Futaba servos still work, but I'm afraid plastic gears won't survive a long time.

Hi,
Hitec are more commonly called lowtec in Rc circles *hehe!*
A multiplex Rhino or a alloy servo off the Chinese manufacturer on Ebay

Funny, US guys seem to appreciate Hitec.
Chinese are reported to have a huge play around the target position, even digital ones.

Ok, so it works and rather good.

The trick was to have 3 map lines
<target pressure + 10kpa> values to open nozzles to low the pressure, to emulate a feedback system
<target pressure: 115kpa> target values
<105kpa> values to start turbo without surge

Modified ? No sir, just an EFI setup. Lower CO level, lower consumption.
The servo ? It's a special idle regulation, you know these old engines were not designed for the fuel injection.
You say 150km/h ? Incredible ! Are you sure that was me ?
