well im insured with 'Bell' they didn’t require a tracker but i still think it would be a good idea.

managed to get it home without spinning it too

nah thats not true or at least not with the trackers fitted to our works cars. Yes they show when the cars switched on/off, but they also track it if its moved without the engine running. 1 other problem is the tracker records how fast you've been driving and stores the info aswell.
