well its been a week and a half (basically) after going cold turkey and i don't even want a to smoke now, i nearly got some from the petrol station when i filled up by mistake last Saturday as when i filled up was normally when i needed a new pouch of tobacco. Drives

Only anoying part of quiting.... not being able to sleep. I am shattered only had 4-5hrs sleep past 2 nights and I have to get up for work in 6hrs Drives

I recently stopped drinking anything caffeinated and I'm out like a light when my head hits the pillow now, whereas before my sleep was always really light and I'd wake up a few times per night.
