Can anyone tell me what the suggested fuse rating for the SPI in tank fuel pump should be.

I am currently blowing 10A fuses. The pump resistance is around 1.3 ohms which is very close to 10A

The tank is also currently empty

Hi,
You'll need fuel in it to lubricate the pump. They can explode too!
You've got to take into account that it will draw more current when starting than running.
Try a 15A *wink*

IIRC mine is a 30amper. When it ran out of fuel it poped the fuse.
