Hi..anyone know anywhere that sells these singularly? All I can find is gasket sets.

Is this size the same as the MPI engine then?

Yes, it's one of the few parts on the Mini that hasn't changed since 1959.

EDIT: In fact the gasket hasn't changed since the A series engine was first produced in 1951.
