Well i managed to cram it all under the bonnet with out anything rubbing

Just beautiful. That's the spit of what mine will be like, cossie cooler and side rad etc. But mine won't be as neat as that tho! Come over and do mine next! On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:

Looks really nice Benross, could do with seeing it in the flesh, maybe drop my exhaust elbow and manifold of for some special treatment at the same time. |

can you use 1 the dv on the intercooler and not have one on the plenum chamber aswell?

I had a chav valve on my cossie cooler in the standard ford position but it didnt work to well, i think its to far away from the plenum. It sounds better without one anyway!! |

The intercooler looks like it is a 4WD one with the n/s end turned up to 1293 Turbo mini
