Hi all, just thought i would share my pictures with you of my project turbo mini, had it a year now and still doing bodywork, nott too far off now then its on with the subbys and on its feet....er...wheels. Edited by chinlesswonder on 13th Sep, 2008. 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

running on tens, slot mags, painted in ford phoenix orange 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

Just bit the bullet tonight and bought a set of omega turbo pistons from avonbar, £300......gulp!...don;t tell the missus. 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

Ouch!! Very strange as i still have yet to buy mine (freaky). I have a 1330 block. I have seen some from morspeed, the 15psi versions. 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

I'd say cast, forged ones are all around the £500-550 mark per set.

I know it may look a bit shiny now but i really don't fancy the rot setting in again so i prepped it really well, its not going to be a show car either, bit of a weekend warrior and driven hard. 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

managed to get the turbo box in, can you all give me your opinions on the angle i have cut for the actuator, is it enough?.
