Im after a few pics of actuator bracket positions, and types that those of that are using a mirrage manifold have made, also the cutting and repositiong of waste gate arm. Im just trying to get on with a few bits untill I can get a manifold.
Thanks
Shane.

Here's mine:

I will be replaceing it with a stainless one at some point, but as they say it's a starter for 10.

If you do a quick search there was a thread a while back about actuator brackets for Mirage setups.

heres the one I did at work. I made a brack, then welded the r5 actuator bracket to it, the cut off the unwanted bits.

How does this look chaps? Please no comments about that its made of a Birds eye pie box!!! its just a mock up, the finished article will be in stainless, can you please give me your thoughts on position and how close it will be to its surroundings (mainly bulkhead) as I have not got access to the car at the moment.
Thanks
Shane.

as long as its strong enough not to flex you will be fine

some people may worry about heat transefer but i reckon it will be fine

I did wonder with how close it is to the exhaust, strength wont be an issue, will be made out of 3mm stainless and seam welded with a gusset on the top edge for support, the renault actuator will be bolted to the bracket. Im just hoping its not going to foul anything.

Its close but it clears, im going to use a spherical jointed adjustable steady so will be able to move it a little away from it if need be, I havent got the section on the cross member of the bulkhead that the other end locates in so that also works in my favour, as need to fabricate a bracket for it.
Cheers for pointing that out Nic, panic over.
Shane.
