Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

Eaton M45 supercharger, these are gaining popularity at the moment, i know there are numerous kits out there, at a shade over a grand *frown*

iam confident in doing a whole setup for a tad over £200 *wink*

Anyway there’s a few questions ?

does any one know the dimensions etc of the crank pulley
or where i can get one ?

also the idler, tension pulley what size etc ?

what size belt is used ?

any info or leads would be appreciated

i could sketch the above up and have one made but these few question could make my life a lot easier gents.

Hi,
I think I've heard a Ford Zetec pulley mentioned?
Cheers,

The usual questions apply, what size engine, how much boost etc.

Crank pulley is the biggest problem. I've decided to machine one up from a solid block of ally and bolt it to the standard 998 pulley centre. I can keep the standard V belt for the alternator and waterpump and also fix on a 36-1 wheel.

The Bini blower has a 6 groove Poly-V belt pulley as standard. Rover MPi pulleys were 5 groove.

This is five groove for the Eaton M24, but gives an idea.

I wonder what size the Harmonic attachment is the guy who has created my Sc12 kit machined groves into that.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

if it can help , I had 8 psi in blow trhu form with a std mpi crank pulley , used a ford 1.3 belt tensioner, if I would do it again I'll certainly make a suck thru one, with a upgraded bimer compressor pulley
