I am lookin to do a custom turbo setup on my 1275 Single port injection motor and wondered what all i would have to upgrade for the fuel system and how i would go about that being its a fuel injected motor, would i need a new injector? Fuel pump? how would i program the fuel curve if needed? thanks for the help |

Easiest way is to throw away all the SPI gubbins and use a good old carburettor.

Yes. 5psi boost pressure is approx 30% more air than NA.

you might find getting through emissions at MOT time difficult with an spi donor vehicle "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

if you change the engine on the log book to the engine from a metro turbo/era then you will come under the emmissions test for that engine and not the SPI engine.

Yes i moved to the darkside |
