You will need to re-work that sensor bracket it is not enough to only bolt the sensor by that ear it needs to be fitted in some sort of tube or holder.

Why would I struggle to shift any. These trigger wheels are not made hand so any demand would be ok. I can make the kits in a batch of 50 in the machine. As for price Kit 1 is £80 plus p&p, and Kit 2 is £100.

Except my VR sensor is properly supported in a tube :) Don't worry. Your not the first. My setup has the triggerwheel behind the pulley too. The MED one also mounts beind the pulley On 12th Nov, 2009 Paul S said:

Now I've looked closely at the pictures on the website, I have to admit it achieves one thing that I tried to do myself but failed, in that the wheel attaches to the inner part of the damper, not the outer.

how do i order?, imo the bracket does need to be changed. however it is the only kit i have see that puts the trigger wheel where i want it and does not involve me sending my pulley away (its bolted to my daily drive) that sells it for me Yes i moved to the darkside |

ahh did not realise MED was making them now, but for there is the price of a cooper 'S' damper ring aswell from minispares £60 so £210 for a 36-1 damper and sensor
i would rather sit under the bonnet holding the crank sensor than fork out that much

I really struggled to get the long sensor when I did mine, and I ended up buying a new one from Ford. Why not make it possible to accommodate different lengths of probes? |
