Anyone running LPG on their daily drive? Looking at putting it o mine looking for any advice of what to look out for, in and installer / system?

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

Hi,
Yes, I'm running a Mk II Mondeo 2.0
I'm running a closed loop mixer system.
Other types are multipoint and liquid.
Liquid is usually factory fitted stuff and makes use of the "higher octane" rating of the gas by using a different ignition map to what it would on petrol.
I doubt you could get a mixer system now, so multipoint would be what you'll end up with.
Take a look on the LPG discussion forum, they're a reasonable bunch. :)

I used to drive a Taxi that ran on LPG (2.0 Octavia). They performance was good and obviously it was cheep, but I found filling up a PITA. Leaning on the button for 5 minutes, longer when the preasure was low in the LPG tank.

Thanks I will check out the forums. Everyone I have contacted has mentioned a sequential injection system
