Minispares sell one. I've used it a couple of times and it has done the job. It is shit quality though and bends easy

The tool makes the filler strip easy, but only on a new soft/pliable screen rubber. If you are using an old rock hard one, be prepared to struggle.

i use one like the new link in minispares.. however i only paid about £10 from a show.
