Basically all the bits in this picture. Mine appears to have a crooked hub shaft and also has seized at the radius bearing.

Anyone know if it's possible to change the arm without disconnecting the brake cylinder?

your have too remove pipe to take arm off

if you pipe clamp the rubber hose that will stop the fluid leaking out
