Only the police and insurance companys can do that apparently and no cop will do it as a favor because it would be classed as misuse if information which is a sackable offence |

V888 is the form that AlexB refers to above, but you need a reasonable cause otherwise it is illegal, it's all explained on the form which you can get online |

In Norway I can sms the reg number to the DVLA and get the current owner instantly On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

Get a fake ID and credit history and rent a house. Then tell DVLA you have brought the vehicle but don't have any documents and get it registered in you're fake name at your fake address. When the documents arrive it will have the address of the owner listed as the previous keeper. Simples! |

I dont think you will go to fake court or get a fake fime for this fake prison possible
