Just upgraded to iPhone 5 so no longer required.

Comes boxed with all the original bits (headphones have been worn). Good condition, only minor marks on glass and light scuffing of the stainless band from the OEM case (which i threw away after realising it scuffed the phone). Never had any hardware faults.

I was on the 3 network. Not sure if that means it will locked to only them.

think it means its locked mate, only ones that i know are unlocked are from apple themselves.

That said could always throw a sim card in and test.
