Well all you'll get here is the same options.

What might help you get an answer is a little more information, or maybe a photo.

Some things to help decide:

1) You can't can a IC that's too big in a mini, there's not enough room.
2) Air flow through the core is more important than size.
3) 50mm hoses are as big as you should go.

I finally decided to go for an Audi TT intercooler after seeing someone elses build pics online.

Hoses were only half done in this picture, but it looks like there should be room for the front mount intercooler, a standard alternator, and a 5x3" K&N filter between them.

I've used 45mm hoses for convenience (only a low boost build anyway).

1994 Mini Mayfair, 1330, Mspd Ph2 cam, Benross turbo head, 9:1, GT1752, TT Intercooler, MegaJolt, BMW M3 leather seats.

I tried tried the ttcooler but it didnt suit my engine bay. I'm now running a seat ibiza cooler. Plenty using the cosworth coolers too
